Terms of service
Terms of Sale & Service
The below Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our official website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
This website is operated by Magus Sock Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the MAGUS website are subject to acceptance. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt; please note that this does not constitute final acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when we send a formal Dispatch Confirmation email.
MAGUS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, or product unavailability.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are primarily set in GBP (£). For your convenience, our website may display and process transactions in your local currency. These converted prices include a currency conversion rate. Please note that your bank or card issuer may apply additional international transaction fees or slightly different exchange rates. Final ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched.
3. Availability and Representations
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or limit quantities per customer, particularly during limited-edition releases. While we strive for accuracy, product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes or the display settings of your device.
4. Limited Releases
Certain MAGUS collections are released in strictly limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. To ensure a fair experience for all customers, we reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of being placed via automated software or intended for unauthorised resale.
5. Liability and Governing Law
MAGUS shall not be liable for any losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were caused by events outside of our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms seeks to limit or exclude your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law. These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
FAIR PURCHASE POLICY
To protect the integrity of our brand and ensure our community has fair access to our products, MAGUS enforces the following policies:
1. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: We are committed to resolving any customer concerns directly. If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their provider without first contacting MAGUS support to reach a resolution, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or cancel any current or future orders associated with that account.
- Restrict the individual from making future purchases.
- Submit all transaction and delivery records to the payment provider to vigorously dispute the claim.
2. Resale and Commercial Restrictions: MAGUS products are intended for personal use only. The purchase of goods for commercial resale without prior written consent from MAGUS is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, cancel suspected bulk orders, and refuse future transactions from any individual or account believed to be engaging in unauthorised resale.
3. Anti-Bot and Automated Purchasing: The use of automated purchasing software, "bots," scripts, or any similar technology to gain an unfair advantage on the MAGUS website is strictly prohibited. Any orders identified or suspected of being placed through automated methods will be cancelled without notice. MAGUS monitors purchasing behaviour to ensure a secure and equitable shopping environment for all customers.
Pre-Order Policy
At MAGUS, we occasionally offer exclusive collections on a pre-order basis. This allows our community to reserve limited-edition pieces before they officially enter our inventory.
1. Reservation and Availability: By placing a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently in production or awaiting arrival at our facility. Because pre-order items are often part of limited runs, placing a pre-order is the best way to ensure you do not miss out on a specific release.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines: We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates for every pre-order item.
Timeline: Typical fulfillment for pre-orders ranges between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific production cycle.
Visibility: Please refer to the specific product page for the most up-to-date estimated shipping date for that item.
3. Combined Shipping: To minimize our environmental impact and ensure your items arrive together, orders containing a mix of in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped in a single package once the final pre-order item is ready. If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
4. Fulfillment and Notifications: Your pre-order will be dispatched as soon as the production cycle is complete and the items have passed our quality control. You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with tracking information the moment your order leaves our facility.
5. Production Delays: While we work closely with our manufacturers to stay on schedule, production and logistics timelines can occasionally shift due to factors outside our control. In the event of a significant delay, MAGUS will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed via the email address provided at checkout.
6. Cancellations and Modifications:We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order enters the fulfillment process. Once a dispatch label has been created and the order has been prepared for shipping, the order can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a standard return upon receipt.
